Arch is a fee-for-service Affordable Housing Manager created by City West Housing, who is a registered CHP. Backed by City West Housing’s asset, tenancy and community management expertise, Arch provides compliant, commercially aligned Affordable Housing management for developers and investors.

City West Housing’s fee for service arm, Arch is available to manage projects with 25+ dwellings in Greater Sydney.

The maximum rent that can be charged for an affordable property is 80% of market rent. A deeper discount to market rent may be warranted in certain locations or for certain property types. There may be additional requirements depending on how the funding or planning approval of the affordable housing
